Steve and Laura Dyer own and operate S.L.D. Holdings Ltd. in Calgary, Alberta.

Growing up in Toronto, Ontario back in the 60's, a backyard rink was always a given at the Dyer's household. My dad Ross always provided the opportunity to be outdoors, playing shinny with the neighbourhood kids on a small rink in our yard. 

A move with the family out west in the early 70's created a tremendous opportunity. Today, I have a wonderful family, a new grandson, great friends - all coupled with a career in Sporting Goods - which has truly made Calgary my home.
